APS once again awarded European label of social responsibility in public services

APS - Ports of Sines and Algarve Authority was once again awarded the CEEP-CSR Label award which recognizes public service companies in the European area, which stand out for excellence in service and the best practices in the field of Social Responsibility.

The award of this "European Social Responsibility Label" took place at a ceremony held in Stockholm, representing the European recognition of the quality of public services and general interest provided by APS, as well as the distinction of good corporate practices implemented in the scope of Corporate Social Responsibility.

APS has recognized the good practice of Cooperation with the National Center for Cybersecurity of the National Security Office (CNCS / GNS), within the context of digitization, integration and evolutionary technological investment that it has been doing over the last years and also the reuse of the systems and technologies implemented.

The cooperation with the CNCS / GNS is of the utmost importance in the current national and international context, and it is essential to create synergies in a perspective of cooperation and political-strategic coordination for national security and cyberspace defense, reinforced by the fact that the Port of Sines is national critical infrastructure.
